How can I offer Marcella wholesale? 

To become a Marcella wholesaler, please fill out our wholesale application form above (REQUEST FORM button). We require various information about your business, including your business Tax ID. Once we review your application, we'll contact you within 3 business days to finalize the setup. 

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

Our minimum order quantity is $1500 (based on wholesale pricing). This minimum helps us ensure the best pricing and efficiency in processing and shipping your wholesale orders. 

To what countries do you offer wholesale? 

Currently, we offer wholesale within the United States and Canada but we do plan to expand over time so we encourage you to check in from time to time if you're based elsewhere. 

What is the ordering process and what are the deadlines? 

We offer wholesale through a biannual preorder process. This schedule allows us to manage production efficiently and meet your needs with precision. Our ordering process involves annual deadlines: 

• June 22nd Deadline: For orders placed by this date, the expected delivery will be by September 15th. 
• October 15th Deadline: For orders placed by this date, the expected delivery will be by February 15th. 

We are open to considering in-season reorders of $1500+ based on supply but cannot guarantee fulfillment outside of our two annual preorder periods (we would ask you to reach out by email with any preorder request and could provide timely feedback). 

What are your payment terms for wholesale orders? 

For wholesale orders, we require a 30% deposit at the time of order placement. The remaining 70% is due by one week before wholesale order shipping. We will provide you with an invoice for the final payment once your order is ready to ship. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or Zelle.

Why are some items available on your website but not available for wholesale? 

Our wholesale site offers a curated selection of our best-selling items, carefully chosen to ensure that our wholesale partners have access to our most popular and successful products. Each season, we also introduce new styles to the wholesale assortment, aligning our offerings with the latest trends and customer preferences. This curated approach helps us maintain a focused and high-performing product lineup for our wholesale partners. 

Do you offer exclusivity? 

We consider exclusivity arrangements on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors such as geographic location and order volume. Please contact us directly to discuss potential exclusivity agreements. 

Can I request samples before placing a wholesale order? 

We appreciate your interest in Marcella but we do not offer samples for our wholesale items. We encourage you to review our detailed product descriptions and specifications on our website, which are designed to help you make informed purchasing decisions. If you have specific questions about our products or need further information, please feel free to contact our wholesale team. 

What is your return policy for wholesale orders? 

Due to the nature of wholesale, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on wholesale orders. If you receive any items that are defective or not as ordered, please contact us within 72 hours (three calendar days) of delivery so we can address the issue promptly with you. 

How do you handle shipping for wholesale orders? 

For all wholesale orders, we charge a flat rate of $100 for shipping, processing and handling. We ship all wholesale orders via premier carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Orders will be dispatched within the timeframe specified in your purchase agreement. Please note that expedited shipping options are not available at this time. 

Are there any discounts for large orders? 

We sincerely value our wholesale partners and are committed to supporting your business growth. As we strive to keep our wholesale prices as advantageous as possible with our superior price-to-quality ratio, we currently do not offer additional discounts on large orders beyond our already discounted wholesale rates. Our pricing is structured to provide you with the best value from the first unit. If you have specific pricing questions or need to discuss large volume purchases, please contact our wholesale team directly. 

Can I sell your products online or in physical stores? 

You are welcome to sell our products in your primary retail locations. To the extent you also wish to offer Marcella online or at a secondary retail location, this would be subject to our approval based on our wholesale terms and conditions. Our wholesale brand guidelines do not permit selling on any third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Poshmark.

To the extent they would sell online with our approval, we would also kindly ask our wholesale partners not to use photography from www.marcellanyc.com but rather to generate their own creatives (in their own style, which we're always excited to see!).
